Alta put a louvered roof over our existing patio instead of replacing everything. Saved us money and time. Jon Potter explained that our concrete was still good, just needed the cover. The Azenco system they installed works with a remote - open it when we want sun, close it when it's too hot. Simple concept, works exactly like they said it would. Our house in Cherry Creek is older, built in the 80s. Wasn't sure how a new deck would look with it. Dave Little took time to match the style instead of just slapping something modern on there. The privacy screens they designed fit the architecture. This deck builder actually cared about making it look right, not just functional. Finally have a patio we actually use in the evenings. The fire pit Jeff Potter helped us design sits perfectly with our new deck and railings, and the cedar tongue-and-groove cover overhead keeps us dry when the weather turns.
